IAM HISTORY

In 2010, I started a company called Idea Access Management PCL. I was one of the first to start printing printed clothes in Thailand. I am also a manufacturer and service provider of sportswear designs that meet customer needs. I focus on customer satisfaction as the most important thing. I also develop the quality of service and product quality to be most suitable for customers in each type of sport according to the changing era.

I started registering the business with less than 20,000 baht. At that time, I had only 3 employees and had many ups and downs until BIG COLA contacted me and ordered me to produce 30,000 shirts and asked to increase to 40,000 shirts. I immediately agreed even though I did not know whether I would make a profit or a loss. I had to get this job to buy the building where I was living and running the factory. Otherwise, I would have been kicked out of the building because I did not have the money to pay them.

I think, “Everything has a rhythm that if it were faster or slower, I would not have had this day. If I did not get to this point, I do not know how many times in my life I would have had this opportunity.” This allowed me to see the path that I would take forward. After that, I had the opportunity to produce clothes. Volleyball for the Thai national team at that time

The IAM brand started to become more well-known. But it seemed that it was not like that when my customers came to learn how to make printed clothes and volleyball clothes with me. I taught them everything without hiding anything because I considered them to be the person who gave me this opportunity. But who would have thought that later on, he would come and take away more than 95% of the customers I had in my hands. At that time, my life was so miserable that I didn’t even know when I would be able to stand up again…

THE BEGINNING OF NEW LIFE

I was in that terrible state for about 6 months until a brother who was a ping pong player and played ping pong with Toon Bodyslam introduced me to the opportunity to talk to Toon. At that time, Toon had just started running. We started talking about making running shirts for Toon.

Actually, it was very difficult for us to make shirts with our own brand for Toon, who was a famous singer and had various copyright contracts. In 2013, I made running shirts for Toon for the first time at the Pattaya Marathon. I made running shirts for Toon and his team, more than 20 shirts (Turtle Running Team).

At that time, I didn’t think that there would be so many people in the running industry. I didn’t think that making shirts for Toon would have this much of an effect on me. But it’s unbelievable. In the past, people would wear whatever shirts they wanted when Toon ran. When Toon ran, the running trend became a really widespread activity. When Toon wore my branded shirts, people asked where I made them, who they were from, how I ordered them, etc. My business started to grow. Today, whether it’s when Toon runs in Bang Saphan or Betong-Mae Sai, I support him to show my gratitude.

I had the opportunity to donate more than 2 million baht in the Betong-Mae Sai run of P’Toon. After that, we became more and more well-known as the brand that produces the best running shirts, which made my business grow more and more. When I established the company, I produced 200-300 shirts per month. Now, only 4 years later, I produce 50,000-100,000 shirts per month. Mr. Kawinwat said that faith, belief in goals, and dreams are what make him see the way, make us seek knowledge, and make us ready to face everything, including failures.
